3. Messaging Privacy (SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram)
Instagram and Meta Platform Data
Businesses using Routeless can connect their Instagram professional accounts so that our platform receives and responds to direct messages and comments on their behalf, including AI-assisted replies. When you message or comment on a connected Instagram account, we receive and store the content of that interaction, your Instagram username and Instagram-scoped identifier, and related metadata, solely to operate the conversation and create inquiry records for that business.
We honor Meta platform controls: if you unsend a message on Instagram, our stored copy is redacted automatically; you can opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP (and opt back in with START); and a human representative of the business can take over any conversation from our automated assistant. Instagram access credentials are stored encrypted and are deleted when a business disconnects its account. We do not sell Instagram data or use it for advertising. SMS Messaging
Routeless may collect your phone number and SMS opt-in consent when you choose to receive service-related SMS text messages. We use this information only to send transactional and service-related messages you have requested, such as website request confirmations, onboarding updates, project updates, scheduling reminders, meeting reminders, account notifications, payment notifications, and customer inquiry alerts related to your own business.
Routeless does not sell, rent, share, or transfer SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers are used only for the messaging services described in this policy.
You can opt out of SMS text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

We may share phone numbers and messaging-related data with service providers, such as Twilio or other messaging platforms, only as necessary to deliver messages, manage opt-outs, provide support, and operate our services.
